The first step in our process is to understand your requirements. We will learn about you, your business and your product, whatever stage of development you are in (idea, drawing or a prototype). At this stage we set clear expectations and work closely with you to realize your goal.

Once we understand the requirements of your project, we work with our network of trusted, time-tested factories to come up with the best solution to meet your needs. We then work out all the costs to provide a realistic per-unit price.

It is in the development stage of our process where all details are finalized, project timelines begin, quality controls are developed, and pre-production samples are produced and tested. Ngage carefully ensures the samples are fully inspected before sending it to you for final review and approval. At this stage, changes may be requested to ensure the final product will be exactly as desired.

Upon approval, we produce your order ensuring stringent quality controls are met and maintained. Here is where we produce and deliver your product, keeping you abreast of the progress throughout. We manage all shipping logistics when production is nearing completion, so there is never a worry about border complications or delivery delays. Ngage will deliver right to your door.

On an ongoing basis, we will continually work to find ways to improve quality, increase efficiency and reduce costs. We will ensure that all future production is same or better than before.
